Description
The Swallow aster is a domestic universal variety, ideal for both border decoration and cut flowers. The plant forms pyramidal, dense bushes up to 50-55 cm tall and 40-42 cm wide, making it compact and attractive for various landscape compositions. Blooming occurs in mid-season, approximately 115 days from germination, with mass flowering in the last decade of August and the first decade of September.
The Swallow aster inflorescences are elegant and densely multi-flowered, reaching a diameter of 15-16 cm. Stems are strong and long, about 25-30 cm, ensuring ease of cutting and allowing for beautiful bouquet creation. Thanks to these characteristics, the variety is popular among both gardeners and florists.
The plants have good resistance to diseases and pests, significantly easing care. Additionally, the Swallow aster tolerates rainy weather quite well, which is an important advantage for varieties of this type. All these qualities make Swallow a reliable and decorative choice for growing in various climatic conditions.
