Aster HARLEQUIN PINK

Aster of the Harlequin Pink variety is a beautiful plant with a pyramidal bush shape and a height of 65-70 cm. The stems are branched, forming about 20 peduncles, which allows you to get a large bouquet from one plant or cut flowers alternately during a long flowering period. The flowers are double, flat-round in shape with a diameter of 5-6 cm, bright pink in color with a yellow center. The leaves are dark green, giving the plant a healthy and attractive appearance.

This variety of aster is characterized by a long flowering period that lasts from June to August, making it an excellent choice for cutting and decorating bouquets, especially in the romantic Biedermeier style. The plant is undemanding to the soil, prefers sunny places with moderately moist soil and warm climate. Seeds are sown for seedlings in March-April, they are picked when 2-3 true leaves appear, and planted in open ground in mid-May. Seedless cultivation is also possible by sowing seeds early spring or under winter.

Aster Harlequin Pink responds well to feeding and is suitable for growing in zones with frost resistance 7-8. Thanks to its strong pyramidal shape and abundant flowering, this variety is an excellent choice for gardeners who want to get effective and long-flowering plants for cutting and decorative landscaping of the site.
