Description ALISA
The ALISA aster species is a perennial shrub with densely branched stems forming a lush, rounded bush with a diameter of about 50-60 cm. The foliage is lanceolate, dark green, forming a basal rosette of gray-green leaves. The flowers, bright pink or light violet with a golden-yellow center, have narrow, needle-like petals radiating from the central crown, giving the plant high decorative value and attracting bees and butterflies to the garden.

The ALISA aster is easy to grow, preferring sunny spots with well-drained, moderately fertile soil. The plant is cold-hardy and loves sunlight, tolerating short-term frosts but not standing waterlogging or drought. Growth rate is average, flowering begins in July-August and continues until the first frost, typically until October-November. Seedlings are recommended to be planted in May with a distance of 20-30 cm between plants. For direct sowing of seeds in open ground, late April and May are suitable; before sowing, seeds are preferably soaked in a solution of microelements or growth stimulators.

The ALISA aster fits perfectly into any flower bed, meadow patch, or alpine garden, creating coziness and bright accents even on cloudy days. Due to its large warm-toned flowers and long flowering period, it will become a garden highlight and excellent material for cut flowers; cut flowers remain fresh in water for 14-18 days.
