Early autumn variety developed by VNIICiSK (Sochi) through crossing of Aport x Renet Champagne. Breeder: P. D. Yurchenko.
Medium-sized tree; young trees have oval crowns, mature trees have medium-density, broadly round crowns with mixed fruiting type.
Shoots are straight, medium-length and thickness, round in cross-section, green. Leaves are large, oriented sideways, egg-shaped, dark green with pointed tips and heart-shaped bases. Leaf margins are serrated-toothed, leaf blades are wavy and curved along the central vein. Petioles are long with medium-sized lanceolate stipules.
Fruits are above-average size, average weight 180 g, flattened-round, equilateral, properly shaped Renet type with smooth surface and even relief. Skin color is light green, sometimes with faint blush resembling slight sunburn. Skin is smooth, subcutaneous dots are barely visible. Rust is delicate—only at the peduncle. Peduncle is thick and very short, located deep in the calyx. Calyx is medium in width and depth. Receptacle is small, medium width with weakly expressed wrinkling. Calyx is semi-open, and the calyx tube is usually small and cup-shaped. Axial cavity is absent.
Flesh is white, juicy, tender, slightly sweet-tart, fine-grained, weakly aromatic, very good flavor. Sugar content—10.8%, total acidity—0.51%.
Fruits ripen early autumn (harvest maturity—second half of September). The variety is distinguished by the fact that fruits are edible on the tree, and their flavor remains good until the end of December when stored in a refrigerator. Fruit ripening is simultaneous.
Fruit-bearing begins in the third to fourth year. The variety is highly resistant to fungal diseases.
Advantages of the variety: high field resistance to fungal diseases, long consumption period and flavor retention.
Disadvantages of the variety: irregular fruiting.
