Apple Feya

A High-Yielding Compact Orchard: The «Feya» Apple Tree

For owners of smaller plots where every square meter counts, the «Feya» variety from MIP Yugplodopitomnik is a genuine solution. This is a classic example of successful selection, where a columnar crown shape meets the high productivity of a summer apple variety. The low-vigor tree requires minimal pruning and takes up very little space, which significantly simplifies orchard maintenance.

Resilience and Predictability

A gardener's main headache—plant diseases—is minimized here. Genetic resistance to scab eliminates the need to drench the plot with fungicides, which is especially valuable for private farms focused on eco-friendly growing. The winter hardiness of this variety means you don't have to worry about your plantings after severe frosts: the tree is well-adapted and recovers after winter without losing productivity.

Harvest Highlights

The fruits, weighing 150–200 grams, have a classic flat-round shape. Visually, the apples have an understated look: light green skin without a blush, but the flesh is juicy with a pleasant greenish-white tint. For a summer variety, these are excellent size indicators: the fruits are large enough for processing and convenient for fresh consumption. Since the tree is compact, harvesting is not an acrobatic feat—all the fruit is easily within reach.

• Compactness: Ideal for high-density planting.
• Health: High immunity to powdery mildew and scab.
• Stability: Excellent resilience during the winter period.

Choosing this variety means getting a reliable tree that doesn't require constant babysitting while ensuring a predictable harvest by mid-summer.
