Autumn variety, developed at the Tatar Research Institute of Fruit Growing by G. I. Rozanova from open pollination of Arkad Sugar. It is listed in the State Register of Varieties and is widely grown in Tatarstan.
Medium-sized tree with a wide-pyramidal, dense, well-leafed crown. Mixed fruiting type.
Shoots are straight, dark-brown, weakly hairy, leaves are large, round, dark green, shiny, slightly folded, strongly curved, wrinkled, with large-toothed edges, small bracts.
Fruits are medium-sized, irregularly shaped, slightly conical or round, with wide, poorly defined ribs. Skin is thin, smooth, without waxy coating. Main color is greenish-cream, covering color — light reddish-brown blush. Pedicel of central fruit in fruiting cluster is short, others — medium. Calyx is deep and wide, with slight rusting. Receptacle is large, half-open, rarely closed. Seed chambers are closed.
Flesh is white, juicy, with good sour-sweet flavor and strong aroma.
Fruits contain: 13.4% dry matter, 0.58% titratable acids, 10.9% sugars, 18.7 mg/100g ascorbic acid.
Fruits ripen in September, can be stored in storage until January, suitable for fresh consumption and processing (jam, compote), transportable.
Self-sterile variety, best pollinators — Volga Beauty, Beautiful. Begins fruiting on the 4th-5th year after planting in orchard, productive. Winter-hardy, relatively resistant to scab and fruit rot.
