Flora is a perennial anemone with large double flowers reaching up to 5 cm in diameter. At the initial stage, the buds have a greenish-white tint, gradually turning into pure white. By the end of May and beginning of June, they reach their peak coloration, adorning the garden throughout the entire month.
The plant prefers partial shade and grows to a height of 30–40 cm. Thanks to its high winter hardiness, Flora maintains its decorative appeal even in cold conditions. The anemone flowers possess a delicate aura; their shape resembles gentle breezes, emphasizing the name 'windflower'.
Flora is one of the popular anemone varieties grown from tubers. It is characterized by large and bright flowers that can be single-colored (scarlet, violet-blue, pink, lilac, greenish-white) or two-toned (red-and-white). This makes it an ideal choice for creating picturesque garden spots and adds a special elegance to the spring landscape.
