Zucchini Snow Queen

Efficiency and Quality: The «Snow Queen» Zucchini

In the competitive segment of early-maturing vegetable crops, the «Snow Queen» (Snezhnaya Koroleva) hybrid, developed by "Geterozisnaya Selektsiya," has established itself as a reliable choice for professional growers and market gardeners. This hybrid is engineered for high-intensity production, reaching maturity in just 45-50 days after germination.

Originating from Russian breeding programs, the «Snow Queen» is specifically adapted to temperate climates, offering the consistency that is often missing in imported varieties. It is designed to perform well in open-field conditions, making it a staple for those focusing on early-season market entry.

Technical Specifications and Market Performance

• Growth Cycle: The 45-50 day maturity period ensures a quick turnaround, which is essential for maximizing yield turnover per season.
• Fruit Profile: The fruit length of 20-22 cm and weight between 200-500 grams align perfectly with modern retail requirements. These dimensions make the squash convenient for packaging, shelf display, and culinary use.
• Breeding Advantages: By utilizing heterosis, the producer ensures that the plants exhibit high vigor and uniformity, meaning that a significant majority of the crop reaches commercial grade simultaneously.

The reputation of this hybrid is built upon its predictable performance. The fruit maintains a firm, non-fibrous texture, which is highly valued by consumers. Whether for fresh market sales or industrial processing, the «Snow Queen» provides a balanced combination of early harvest, standardized fruit size, and consistent quality that defines the standards of modern hybrid squash production.
