Description FLYING SATELLITE
Patisson Flying Satellite is an early-maturing zucchini variety that begins bearing fruit 36-50 days after germination. The plant has a bush or semi-bush form, and its fruits are distinguished by their disk-like shape with a serrated edge and a weight ranging from 270 to 540 grams. The fruit surface is smooth, white, with thin skin and white, crunchy flesh. Frequent harvests promote active fruit formation, ensuring high marketable yield of up to 5.6-6.6 kg per square meter.

This patisson variety is versatile in application: fruits are consumed fresh in salads, stewed, fried, and also preserved with spices and vegetables. Small patissons preserved with vegetable marinade are an excellent appetizer. For cultivation, both seedling method (sowing in pots in April-May) and seedling-free method (sowing directly into the ground in May-June) are used, making cultivation convenient and accessible.

The fruits of Flying Satellite are suitable for storage in a fully ripe state, which allows preserving their quality and taste properties. Due to their characteristics and high yield, this variety is an excellent choice for vegetable lovers who prefer variety in cooking and value the freshness and crunchy texture of patissons.
