Povarikha

Zucchini Povaricha is an early-maturing variety with a unique round fruit shape resembling small unripe pumpkins. The weight of one fruit ranges from 0.7 to 3 kg, depending on growing conditions, and the skin color is light green with faint speckles. The zucchini flesh is white or off-white, dense, juicy, and tender, with a small number of seeds, making it especially attractive for culinary use. The fruit surface is smooth or slightly ridged, and the skin is thin, which facilitates processing and cooking.

The plant is powerful and bushy with large lobed leaves, a compact structure, and a short stem. The variety is distinguished by high yield—up to 10 kg of fruits per square meter and up to 20 pieces per bush. Povaricha matures quickly, with the first fruits appearing as early as 39-43 days after germination. The plant responds well to the application of organic fertilizers and regular watering, which contributes to a stable and high-quality harvest.

Zucchini Povaricha is versatile in application: its fruits are suitable for frying, baking, pickling in slices, and thanks to their round shape, they are ideal for stuffing with meat or vegetables, creating original edible "bowls." The variety is excellent for home cooking, canning, and processing, including freezing and making caviar.
