MIP Status

MIP Status is an autumn barley variety developed by self-pollination and registered in the state register in 2019. It is intended for cultivation in the Polissia region and is characterized by a vegetation period of 252 to 262 days. Plants of this variety have a height of 76.4 to 97.1 cm, which ensures optimal conditions for grain formation.

The MIP Status variety is distinguished by high winter hardiness (8-9 points), enabling it to successfully withstand low temperatures. In addition, it has drought resistance at the level of 7-9 points and high resistance to powdery mildew (8-9 points), making it a reliable choice for various climatic conditions. Protein content in the grain is 12.1-12.5%, indicating good product quality.

MIP Status seeds are supplied as dry goods, ready for sowing. This barley is used for grain production, suitable for both market sales and personal consumption. Thanks to its characteristics, the variety ensures high productivity and stable yields, making it attractive for farmers.
