Snow White

The Snow White apple variety is a columnar tree with a compact crown, reaching a height of 2 to 3.5 meters. This variety was bred in 1987 through inter-varietal hybridization of Bolero and Simirenko Renet and is characterized by high frost resistance. The trees adapt quickly, grow intensively, and begin to bear fruit as early as the 2nd-3rd year after planting. The crown is dense, with glossy shoots and light green foliage, and it does not form root suckers, which facilitates care and planting.

The fruits of the Snow White variety are of medium size, weighing from 100 to 240 grams, have a flat-round shape with a smooth and clean skin that can have a yellowish-green hue with a pink blush. The flesh is tender, juicy, pale green in color, with a pleasant dessert taste, almost without acidity. Apples ripen at the end of September – beginning of October, ripening occurs simultaneously, which facilitates harvest collection. The variety is characterized by good fruit storage, which can be kept until January.

Snow White is recommended for growing on sunny plots with fertile neutral soil. The apple tree has high resistance to frost and medium resistance to diseases and pests. The trees do not require constant support and are well anchored in the soil. The variety is partially self-fertile and is characterized by high yield, reaching up to 30 kg from one tree. Thanks to its qualities and compact size, the Snow White apple tree is suitable for growing in gardens with limited space.
