STRG 8060 15 is a variety of soft winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) of medium-maturity type with a vegetative period ranging from 241 to 306 days. The plants are medium-height, reaching 75 to 96 cm, with an intermediate semi-prostrate culm. The ear is pyramidal, of medium length and density, white in color, with a colored grain and a 1000-grain mass ranging from 46 to 53 grams. There is a strong wax coating on the upper internode of the culm, the ear, and the sheath of the flag leaf, which contributes to resistance to adverse conditions. The variety matures 1-3 days later than varieties such as Almera, Lygowska 4, and Sceptre. STRG 8060 15 is characterized by high resistance to lodging, ensuring yield preservation and facilitating harvest. The winter hardiness is average, with high frost resistance, allowing successful cultivation in the Central Black Earth region, specifically in the Belgorod region. Drought resistance is at the level of standards, making the variety adapted to variable climatic conditions. The variety yields high: average figures reach 73.5 centners per hectare, while maximum figures reach 107.1 centners per hectare, confirming its economic efficiency. The baking qualities of STRG 8060 15 are at the level of a good filler, making the grain in demand for the production of quality flour. The variety is moderately resistant to brown rust and powdery mildew, while according to the applicant's data, it possesses resistance to septoria. However, under field conditions, strong infection by hard head smut was noted, similar to the standard Almera. Thanks to its characteristics and adaptability, STRG 8060 15 is recommended for cultivation in regions with similar climatic conditions, ensuring a stable and high yield.
