MAESTRO is a variety of soft spring wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), characterized by medium maturity and medium plant height. It belongs to the 'lutenscence' subtype and is recommended for cultivation in the Central region of Russia, specifically in the Moscow and Ryazan regions. The variety matures simultaneously with such standards as Darya and Agata and is distinguished by lodging and drought resistance at the level of the Agata variety. The mass of 1000 grains ranges from 34 to 41 grams, while the average yield in the Central region reaches 36.7 centners per hectare. MAESTRO has moderate resistance to powdery mildew, but is susceptible to root rot, septoria, as well as powdery and loose smut. To protect MAESTRO wheat from fungal diseases, it is recommended to use the systemic fungicide Maestro, which has preventive, curative, and eradicant action. This product is effective against powdery mildew, various types of rust, leaf spots, and head diseases. The active ingredients of the fungicide are cyproconazole (80 g/L) and propiconazole (250 g/L), and the release form is an emulsion concentrate in 5-liter packaging. The application rate for winter wheat is 0.4-0.5 liters per hectare. The fungicide Maestro is applied to all cereal crops regardless of their development stage during the growing season, which ensures high-quality protection and contributes to obtaining a high yield. Due to low application rates and complex action, the product helps effectively control major fungal diseases, maintaining plant health and improving their productivity.
