AGROS wheat is a high-yielding winter wheat variety recommended for sowing in steppe and forest-steppe zones. Plants reach a height of 104 to 112 cm, which facilitates care and harvest. The variety is distinguished by increased frost and winter hardiness at 8-9 points, as well as high drought and heat resistance, making it a reliable choice for regions with variable climatic conditions. Yield varies from 7.6 to 11.9 tons per hectare, confirming its high productivity.


AGROS has resistance to major wheat diseases: brown and stem rust, powdery mildew, septoria, pyrenophora, and fusarium, with resistance indicators from 5 to 8 points depending on the disease. Grain quality is classified as extra strong, with protein content from 13.3 to 14.6% and gluten of 29-34%, which ensures high flour strength (486-527 arbitrary units). These indicators make the variety attractive for producing high-quality flour and bakery products.


In addition, the variety features good adaptation to various soil and climatic conditions and can be successfully grown in zones with insufficient moisture due to high drought resistance. High resistance to lodging and shattering contributes to yield preservation and reduced losses during harvesting.
