TAISIA

The Taisia hazelnut variety is a medium-sized tree with a dense, branched structure, where fruiting occurs primarily on the sides. This is an intensive variety that begins bearing fruit as early as the third year, making it attractive for commercial cultivation. The tree height reaches 3-4 meters, facilitating care and harvest.

The fruits of the Taisia variety are of medium to large size, oval in shape, with thin, yellowish-gray shells featuring slight wrinkles. The nut kernel is large, yellowish in color, and easily extracted whole from the shell. These characteristics make this variety’s nuts especially valuable to consumers, as they contain a high amount of fat and have a pleasant taste.

Growing the Taisia variety allows for high yields — up to 9 tons of nuts per hectare. Thanks to its early fruiting, compact tree size, and quality fruits, this variety is suitable both for personal use and for profitable business ventures in the field of hazelnut cultivation.
