Description RED BUNCH
Viburnum "Red Bunch" is a decorative shrub that attracts attention with its large bright red berries, ranging from 1 to 1.2 cm in diameter and weighing up to 0.9 g. The berries have a thin dark red skin and a juicy acid-sweet pulp with a slight bitterness, making them popular both in cooking and in folk medicine.

The plant is of medium height (about 2 m) with a spreading crown and straight light silver-green shoots. The leaves are large, dark green with smooth edges, turning bright yellow-orange in autumn. Flowering occurs at the end of May - beginning of June; inflorescences are large and dense, cream or white in color without noticeable aroma. The self-fertility of the variety allows it to be grown without additional pollinators.

"Red Bunch" is distinguished by high yield: one tree can produce from 2.5 to 4 kg of berries. The fruits do not fall off at full maturity and become sweeter after the first frosts. The variety is resistant to pests and diseases, as well as withstands low temperatures down to -32 °C, although young seedlings are recommended to be covered for the first two years. Thanks to the decorative appearance and practical properties, this variety is perfect for greening plots, creating living fences, and use in the food industry.
