Description CONSTANTIN KLI MENKO
The Tulip 'Constantin Klimenko' is a variety created within breeding work and named after a Soviet botanist specialist. It belongs to the garden group of simple late tulips and is distinguished by its height of about 50 cm, making it convenient for planting both in open ground and as a cut flower.

The key feature of this variety is the characteristic flower: pale yellow with a dark pink edge on the petals, with a blurred coloring. The bud shape is narrow-bowl-shaped, 8 cm in height and 5 cm in diameter, with a rounded bottom. The scape is sturdy and straight, about 42 cm long, ensuring resistance to drooping and good transportability.

The Tulip 'Constantin Klimenko' demonstrates high winter hardiness and heat tolerance, as well as resistance to Fusarium and Botrytis. The bulb is elongated, light brown, with a multiplication coefficient of about 2.5 at the first sorting. Thanks to moderate resistance to the variegated mosaic virus and good vase life up to 8 days, this variety is suitable for both open ground greening and decorative use as a cut flower.
