Tomato Volgogradsky skorospel 323 is an early-maturing variety with a vegetation period from 95 to 110 days, allowing harvest within three months after germination. The plant is compact, determinate type, 30 to 60 cm tall, with a strong upright stem that does not require staking or pinching. The bush forms abundant fruiting, with 5-6 bright red round fruits weighing 80 to 130 grams in each inflorescence, possessing high flavor and commercial qualities. This variety is characterized by high yield and resistance to diseases, stress, and low temperatures, making it suitable for cultivation in open ground and under temporary cover. The tomatoes have juicy flesh with a rich tomato flavor and aroma, making them ideal for fresh consumption, especially in salads, as well as for making sauces, juices, and canning. The fruits retain their flavor qualities during thermal processing, expanding their culinary applications. For successful cultivation, use light, fertile soils and follow agronomic practices: sowing seeds for seedlings in late March to early April, transplanting when the first 1-2 true leaves appear, regular feeding with complex mineral fertilizers, and watering with warm water. Seedlings are transplanted into open ground after the threat of frost or slightly earlier when using plastic covers, following a planting scheme of 70x30-40 cm. During growth, plants are trained to a single stem and may be staked to a trellis, which promotes good development and high yield.
