Volgogradskiy 323 tomato is an early-maturing determinate variety with a vegetation period of 95 to 110 days, depending on weather conditions. The plant is compact, bushy, about 30-50 cm tall, with a sturdy upright stem that does not require staking or pinching. The bush is abundantly covered with fruiting nodes, forming 5-6 fruits per inflorescence. The first truss appears above the 5th-6th leaf, promoting early fruiting approximately three months after germination.
The fruits of Volgogradskiy 323 tomato have a bright red color, round shape with slight ribbing, and firm skin. The weight of one fruit varies from 50 to 100 grams, most often 80-100 grams. The flesh is multi-chambered, meaty, and juicy, with a classic tomato flavor and aroma. Due to their taste qualities and versatility, these tomatoes are excellent for fresh consumption, salad preparation, sauces, juices, as well as for thermal processing and canning, during which they retain their flavor and aroma.
The variety is characterized by its adaptability, resilience, and high resistance to diseases and stressful growing conditions.
