Tomato Wave F1 is a medium-early determinate hybrid developed by the Dutch seed company Hazera. The plant exhibits moderate growth vigor and a robust leaf canopy that effectively shields the fruits from direct sunlight. This hybrid is prized for its high resistance to major tomato diseases such as Fusarium and Verticillium wilt, as well as Stemphylium, significantly simplifying care and increasing yield.

The fruits of Tomato Wave F1 have an attractive appearance: they are flat-round, slightly ribbed, and a vibrant bright red color without a green spot at the stem end. The average fruit weight ranges from 180 to 200 grams, with a diameter of about 8 centimeters. The tomatoes are uniform and have excellent keeping quality, allowing them to retain their appealing appearance for a long time after harvest.

This hybrid is versatile in use: the fruits are suitable for fresh consumption as well as for whole-fruit canning.
