Tomato Ukrainets

Resilience and Protection: The Professional Choice

The «Ukrainets» tomato is a result of extensive selection by the National Research Center of the Ukrainets Academy of Agrarian Sciences. In today’s volatile climate, this determinate variety stands out for its predictability and robust genetic immunity. Unlike many high-intensity hybrids, «Ukrainets» offers high plasticity, allowing farmers to reduce the frequency of fungicide applications while maintaining productivity.

Key Advantages

• Natural Immunity: Excellent resistance to late blight (Phytophthora) and black mold ensures high marketability of fruits even during high-humidity seasons.
• Disease Defense: The variety exhibits high resistance to macrosporiosis and various types of rot, which minimizes post-harvest losses during storage and transportation.
• Plant Architecture: The compact determinate growth habit is optimal for mechanized field cultivation and simplified management.

Who is this for?

«Ukrainets» is ideal for growers seeking a balance between high yield and reduced chemical impact on the soil. Its round red fruits possess excellent flavor profiles, making them highly desirable for both the fresh market and food processing industries. If your priority is a consistent harvest with minimal risk of pathogen infection, this seed material offers a reliable foundation for a profitable season.
