Skokhka — early determinate variety: from emergence to maturity 100-110 days. Plants 70-100 cm tall (depending on growing location and pruning method). First flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, subsequent clusters form every 1-2 leaves, or directly one after another. Simple cluster, with 6-7 light-green fruits without spot at the pedicel attachment point. Fruits weighing 80-110 g, smooth or slightly ribbed, round shape, turning red upon ripening. Recommended for spring-summer crop rotation in open ground and plastic covers, with or without support; pruning to 1-2 stems. Planting density 3.5 plants/m2. After transplanting seedlings, apply non-root feedings with 0.5% MgSO4 solution periodically.
ADVANTAGES OF THE VARIETY: uniform, nearly simultaneous fruit set and ripening on the first 3-4 flower clusters, resulting in a high early yield. Recommended for farmers and amateur vegetable growers.
