Tomato variety "Ukrainian" is a medium-ripening hybrid with a rich history, combining the best qualities of old varieties with modern requirements for flavor and yield. Indeterminate plants with strong, well-leafed bushes reaching 1.5–2 meters in height require staking for proper formation. Leaves are potato-type, characteristic of this variety. The fruits of tomato "Ukrainian" are large, round-oval, weighing 250–500 grams, with smooth and firm skin. The flesh is juicy and meaty with a small number of seeds, colored bright pink or red. For cultivation, seedlings are recommended, sown at the beginning of March to a depth of 1–1.5 cm in nutrient-rich pots or peat tablets. Seedlings are grown for 50–60 days before transplanting into open ground or greenhouses. To achieve maximum productivity, choose light, fertile, and well-drained soils, and provide plants with adequate light and warmth. Due to its characteristics, this variety is suitable for both commercial farms and home gardening.
