Tomato Turandot

Tomato variety TURANDOT is a medium-ripening, tall variety with a vegetation period of 85 to 100 days. Plants reach a height of 1.2 to 1.5 meters and have strong and medium leafiness. Seedlings are recommended to be grown from seedlings, sowing seeds from early March to mid-April in trays, greenhouses or containers, with seed depth not exceeding 1-1.5 cm. After transplanting, seedlings are planted in their permanent location depending on regional climatic conditions. The fruits of tomato TURANDOT have an original pear-shaped form and an average weight of 80 to 100 grams. The flesh is dense, bright red in color, with a tart-sweet taste, making them especially appealing for fresh consumption. Due to their taste qualities and dense structure, this variety is ideal for making salads and various processing methods. The special advantage of the TURANDOT variety is its universality and high suitability for canning and pickling. This tomato is considered one of the best varieties for such purposes, making it popular among home gardeners as well as for commercial cultivation and market sales.
