TRANS KING

Trans King is a high-yielding tomato hybrid designed for cultivation in open ground and under plastic coverings. It belongs to the medium-early maturing varieties with a fruiting period from emergence to fruit set of approximately 110-115 days. Plants reach a height of 40-50 cm and can be either determinate or indeterminate, depending on growing conditions, requiring pruning and staking for optimal development.

Trans King fruits have a round, slightly ribbed shape and firm flesh. The weight of one fruit ranges from 150 to 220 grams. Immature fruits are green, while mature fruits develop a deep red hue. Tomatoes possess excellent taste qualities and are versatile in use, suitable for fresh consumption as well as for transportation due to their high transportability and fruit density.

The hybrid is resistant to several diseases, including verticillium wilt, tobacco mosaic virus, and gall nematodes, ensuring stable yields of marketable fruit at 75-85 tons per hectare.
