Tomato Shurim is an early-maturing, high-yielding determinate hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in protected environments. From germination to the beginning of fruit ripening, it takes 90-100 days, allowing for a quick harvest. The plant has a strong and compact form, reaching up to 70 cm in height, and is lightly leafed, which simplifies care and reduces the risk of disease. The first flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, and subsequent clusters appear every leaf, with simple and even inflorescences containing 5-7 high-quality fruits.

The fruits of tomato Shurim have a cylindrical shape with a characteristic nipple, weighing about 100 grams and featuring a rich orange color due to high beta-carotene content.
