Securitas

The Securitas tomato is a large-fruited indeterminate hybrid intended for cultivation in winter greenhouses on substrates with extended turnover. Medium-height, open and balanced plant with high growth and vegetative vigor. It is resistant to stress conditions, including light deficiency in spring, and exhibits high heat tolerance, allowing it to maintain fruit size during the late summer and autumn periods. The hybrid remains stable throughout the season and demonstrates high early and overall yields.

Securitas tomato fruits weigh between 230 and 270 grams, have a flat-round shape with slight ribbing, and display a rich red color with high color intensity. They are uniform, dense, seedless, glossy, and non-cracking, ensuring high product quality. It is recommended to regulate clusters to 3–4 fruits depending on desired fruit size. Due to the dense fruit structure, tomatoes are well-suited for transport and maintain their market appearance.

The hybrid has moderate resistance to powdery mildew and high resistance to several viral and fungal diseases, including ToMV, TSWV, Ff, Fol, Va, and Vd. These characteristics make Securitas tomato a reliable choice for fresh markets, ensuring stable and high-quality yields even under challenging climatic conditions.
