Senserno

Senserno tomato is an early, high-yielding, cluster-type hybrid, primarily intended for cultivation in glasshouses. The plant is indeterminate with strong growth and slightly vegetative development. The plants exhibit excellent fruit set, ensuring a stable and abundant yield throughout the growing period.

The fruits of Senserno tomato have a bright, saturated red color, round shape, and weigh between 90 to 100 grams. They feature a harmonious sweet taste with a Brix scale reading of 5.5, indicating high sugar content. Harvesting can be done individually or in clusters, which is convenient for various marketing and consumption methods.

The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to several diseases, including verticillium wilt, tomato mosaic virus, cladosporiosis, tomato bronze virus, Fusarium race 0.1, leaf gray mold, and nematodes. This makes Senserno a reliable choice for greenhouse cultivation, ensuring stable and high-quality yields. The hybrid producer is Rijk Zwaan from the Netherlands.
