Description Safari
Tomato Safari is an early-maturing, indeterminate first-generation hybrid, suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The plant is tall, reaching heights of 150 to 180 cm, with moderate leafiness. For optimal growth and fruit formation, pinching and training to a single stem are required, with the top shoot being pruned, leaving two leaves above the cluster.

The fruits of Tomato Safari are large, weighing about 300 grams, flat in shape and medium density. Immature fruits have a light green color with a green spot, and upon ripening, they acquire a vibrant orange hue. The flavor is tender, slightly sweet with a barely noticeable acidity, making them ideal for fresh consumption. Additionally, the tomatoes are suitable for all types of processing, including pickling and canning, due to their high juice yield — approximately 90%.

The ripening period is 95-105 days, enabling an early harvest. The yield of Tomato Safari ranges from 12 to 16 kg per square meter at a planting density of 2.5 plants per square meter. This hybrid does not cause allergies, making it safe for a broad consumer base. Due to its characteristics and versatility, Tomato Safari is an excellent choice for both home gardens and commercial cultivation.
