STAR OF THE EAST

The tomato 'Star of the East' is an early-maturing indeterminate hybrid, primarily intended for cultivation in plastic greenhouses, although it is successfully grown in open ground as well. Plants are tall, reaching up to 60 cm in height, and do not require pinching, simplifying care. The ripening period is approximately 90-100 days from germination, enabling a quick harvest.

The fruits are round or slightly flattened, large in size, with a weight ranging from 120 to 300 grams. Color varies from deep red to pink, with a glossy surface and a dense, thick skin, ensuring good transportability and high marketability. The flesh is juicy and meaty, with excellent flavor, making the tomatoes versatile for various uses: suitable for fresh consumption, pickling, canning, as well as for making juice, tomato paste, and sauces.
