Tomato MAZARINI

Tomato Mazariñi is a high-yielding indeterminate variety with early and mid-season ripening, popular among gardeners for its large and flavorful fruits. The plant grows to a height of 1 to 1.8 meters and requires staking for proper bush formation. The bush is trained to one or two stems, leaving 3-4 clusters per stem, ensuring optimal fruit development and high yield per area.

The fruits of tomato Mazariñi have a characteristic heart-shaped form with a smooth and glossy surface, thin skin, and bright maroon or pink color. Fruit weight ranges from 160 to 800 grams: early clusters produce larger fruits weighing up to 600-700 grams, while later ones weigh 300-400 grams. The flesh is juicy, meaty, with few seeds and a pleasant sweet taste. Due to its dense structure, the fruits are resistant to cracking and do not burst during pickling, making them an excellent choice for fresh consumption, salads, appetizers, frying, as well as for winter preservation, making chutneys, juices, and pastes.

Tomato Mazariñi is highly resistant to several diseases, including tobacco mosaic, phytophthora, cladosporeiosis, tip rot, and fusarium. Additionally, the variety tolerates drought well, enhancing its reliability under various climatic conditions. A smaller number of leaves on the plant promotes faster fruit ripening, while limited fruit per cluster does not reduce yield, ensuring high quality and market appearance of tomatoes.
