MASKOTTA — an early-maturing semi-determinate tomato hybrid, suitable for cultivation in both open ground and protected environments. The vegetative period from germination to the first fruit harvest is approximately 90-95 days. The plant is medium-leafed, sturdy, and reaches a height of 1.5-1.8 meters. The first flower cluster forms above the 6th-7th leaf, with subsequent clusters appearing every 2-3 leaves. The clusters are simple, containing 8-10 evenly spaced, round, red fruits weighing 50-60 grams. These fruits have excellent taste and aroma, and due to their strong skin, they can be stored for over a month without loss of flavor or market quality. This variety is resistant to tomato mosaic virus (ToMV) and alternaria, ensuring reliable yields.

MASKOTTA is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for whole-fruit canning and processing. The plant is compact and can be grown in containers and pots, in addition to traditional open ground. The recommended planting density is 3-4 plants per square meter, with yields reaching over 12 kg/m² in open ground and approximately 20 kg/m² in protected environments.
