Tomato variety Krepsh is an early-maturing and high-yielding hybrid, characterized by a compact and vigorous plant. Plant height varies from 30 to 70 cm depending on growing conditions, and the plant is bush-type, requiring no pinching or staking. Fruit maturity period ranges from 85 to 110 days, enabling early harvest. Krepsh is well-adapted to various climatic conditions, including harsh conditions of Western Siberia, and resistant to multiple diseases such as tomato bronze, tomato mosaic, yellow leaf curl virus, fusarium, and bacterial spot.
Tomato Krepsh fruits have an attractive shape and color: they can be pepper-shaped magenta or flat-round red with smooth or moderately ribbed surface. Fruit weight varies from 100 to 200 grams, making them sufficiently large and convenient for various uses. Tomatoes have excellent taste, suitable for fresh consumption as well as processing, drying, and canning. The hybrid is characterized by high marketability and good transportability, making it popular among gardeners and farmers.
Growing variety Krepsh requires certain agronomic practices: seed sowing for seedlings is recommended 50-60 days before transplanting into open ground at a seed germination temperature of 23-25°C. When planting in the field, plants are spaced at 3-5 plants per square meter or according to a 70x30 cm scheme. The variety responds well to regular watering and feeding with complex mineral fertilizers, contributing to high yields of up to 9-10 kg per square meter.
