HEINZ 2206 — an early-maturing determinate tomato hybrid, intended for commercial cultivation. The ripening period is approximately 85-88 days, enabling harvest within a short timeframe. The plant is compact and densely leafy, facilitating care and harvest. The hybrid exhibits high resistance to various diseases, including verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, gall nematode, and bacterial canker, significantly reducing the risk of losses during cultivation.

Tomato fruits have a round-oval or plum-shaped form, bright red color, and weigh between 65 to 80 grams. They are firm, possess good flavor with sugar content (Brix) around 5.5-6%, making them attractive for both fresh consumption and canning. Thanks to the EFS (extended field storage) gene, fruits can maintain their market quality for an extended period directly in the field, providing convenience and flexibility in harvest timing.
