Tomato variety "Large Mama" is an early-maturing, determinate, low-growing plant, reaching a height of 40 to 80 cm, making it suitable for cultivation both in open ground and in plastic greenhouses. The vegetation period lasts about 85-95 days, allowing harvest as early as late spring. The plant features strong stems capable of supporting a significant number of large fruits, as well as resistance to phytophthora and cracking, ensuring prolonged and abundant fruiting. Tomatoes "Large Mama" have a heart-shaped form and a rich red or delicate pink color. Their weight ranges from 200 to 500 grams, depending on growing conditions, with flesh that is juicy, sweet, and rich in beneficial substances, including lycopene. These characteristics make this variety versatile for fresh consumption, as well as for making juices, tomato sauces, and pasta. The fruits exhibit high marketability and good transportability. For successful cultivation, seedlings should be sown at the end of March to early April, followed by pinching in the stage of the first true leaf. Seedlings are transplanted in May, following a planting scheme of 40x50 cm. After transplanting, plants require staking for support. The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 7-9 kg per square meter or 3-4 kg per plant — making it an attractive choice for gardeners and farmers aiming to obtain high-quality and abundant tomato harvests.
