Tomato FIERY GALAXY

Tomato FIERY GALAXY — an early-maturing variety, intended for cultivation under plastic covers and in greenhouses. The plant is indeterminate, vigorous, and moderately leafy, forming long clusters with 6-8 fruits. Fruits have a flat-round, ribbed shape, medium density, and weigh between 100 to 150 grams. A distinctive feature of this variety is its unique transitional fruit coloration during ripening: they change from green with a purple spot, through orange with a purple spot, to bright red.

The flavor of the tomatoes is rich, tomato-like with moderate sweetness at full ripeness, making them appealing for fresh consumption. The yield of this variety reaches 9-10.5 kg per square meter, indicating high productivity. Due to its decorative appeal and unusual appearance, this variety attracts attention from both novice and experienced gardeners.

In addition to aesthetic and flavor qualities, the FIERY GALAXY variety has high nutritional value. Fruits are rich in anthocyanins and lycopene — compounds that have preventive effects against cardiovascular diseases and atherosclerosis, boost immunity, and are beneficial for men’s health and longevity. Tomatoes are suitable not only for fresh consumption but also for processing into juices and sauces, expanding their usage possibilities.
