STAR GALAXY

Star Galaxy tomato is a medium-ripening variety with an unusual and attractive fruit color resembling cosmic galaxies. The plant is indeterminate, strong-growing, reaching a height of 1.2 to 2 meters, making it suitable for cultivation in open ground, under plastic coverings, or in greenhouses. The bushes are moderately branched, forming long clusters with 5-8 fruits, ensuring high yield — up to 9-10.5 kg per square meter.

The tomatoes have a flat-round shape and are large in size: the weight of one fruit ranges from 80 to 450 grams and more. Their color is unique — as they ripen, the fruits develop a dark purple or raspberry-red hue with purple spots and golden dots, creating a star galaxy effect. The flesh is pink-red, juicy, meaty, and has a dense skin. The taste is harmonious, moderately sweet with a slight acidity and fruity aftertaste, making this variety suitable for fresh consumption, canning, sauces, and salads.

The variety's key feature is its high decorative value and rich content of beneficial substances such as anthocyanins and lycopene. These components have a preventive effect against cardiovascular diseases and atherosclerosis, help strengthen the immune system, and support men's health.
