RABBIT EARS

Tomato Rabbit Ears — a medium-early indeterminate variety, intended for cultivation in greenhouses and plastic tunnels. Plants reach a height of 1.6–1.8 meters and form two stems, facilitating care and increasing yield. Fruits are large, bell-shaped, weighing 140–180 grams. Immature fruits are light green, turning bright orange upon ripening. The flesh is juicy and dense, with a thick skin and excellent flavor. The variety is characterized by high yield — up to 8–10 kg per square meter — as well as shade tolerance and prolonged, abundant fruiting. Fruits contain a significant amount of dry matter, vitamin C, and carotene, making them not only tasty but also nutritious. Due to these qualities, Tomato Rabbit Ears is suitable for fresh consumption, as well as for whole-fruit canning and pickling.
