CRÈME BRÛLÉE

Crème Brûlée — a late-maturing medium-height tomato variety with a unique creamy-white fruit color, which makes them especially attractive to both gardeners and cooks. The plant reaches a height of 140–150 cm and forms clusters of 3–5 flat-round, multi-chambered fruits weighing 200–250 grams. The tomatoes have a delicate coloration that enhances other vegetables in pickled salads, making them a popular ingredient for assortments with cabbage and cucumbers. The fruits have a multi-chambered structure and juicy, sweet flesh, highlighting their high quality and taste advantages.

This variety is recommended for cultivation both in open ground with mandatory support on stakes and in protected ground. Sowing for seedlings is conducted in March–April at a depth of 1–2 cm, followed by transplanting when the seedlings have 2–3 true leaves. Seedlings are transplanted into greenhouses in April–May and into open ground in June. After planting, plants must be staked and pinched to ensure proper fruit formation and development. The optimal planting scheme is 40x60 cm, which promotes good air circulation and light access.
