Tomato BLACK GALAXY

Black Galaxy tomato is a medium-ripening variety with unique and attractive fruit coloring, ranging from dark purple to almost black, with characteristic golden spots and stripes. The fruits are round, weighing 80-100 grams, with a dense skin and juicy, meaty flesh of a rich pink color. The flavor is harmonious, sweet with a slight acidity and fruity notes, enhanced by a spicy aftertaste, making this variety especially valuable for gourmets and lovers of unusual flavor combinations.

Plants of the Black Galaxy variety are medium-height, with strong but slender and spreading stems reaching up to 1.2-1.8 meters. The bushes are semi-determinate or indeterminate, requiring mandatory staking and pruning, as well as removal of excess suckers to ensure even fruiting and high yield. Each cluster forms 5-6 fruits, contributing to stable and prolonged fruiting.

The variety exhibits good resistance to major diseases of solanaceous crops and can withstand adverse weather conditions, allowing it to be grown both in open and protected soil. Thanks to its decorative and flavor qualities, as well as high yield, Black Galaxy tomato is an excellent choice for farmers and gardeners seeking an unusual and high-quality harvest.
