Tomato ALBRICE

Stability and Field Performance

Dealing with determinate tomatoes, the biggest headache is often uneven ripening and transit losses. The 90-day maturity is accurate. The plant is short and compact, which simplifies maintenance—especially if you aren't using trellises. The bush is manageable, doesn't overgrow, which ensures excellent airflow and significantly reduces the risk of fungal diseases.

Yield and Logistics

A yield potential of 70–100 tons per hectare is a significant claim that requires solid soil preparation and feeding. The cylindrical 20g fruits are the industry standard for canning and packing. They feel firm in the hand, and the skin doesn't burst under pressure. For market growers, it’s critical to get the fruit to the shelf in one piece.

Operational Insights

• Planting: The determinate nature allows for flexible plant density, optimizing land use.
• Maintenance: No complex staking is required, significantly lowering labor costs.
• Harvesting: The cylindrical shape makes the variety suitable for mechanical harvesting with minimal damage.

In short: 'Albris' is a practical tool for achieving predictable results without extra hassle. The plant demands timely watering and standard fertilization, but in return, it delivers a high-quality, uniform product that is easy to sort, pack, and sell.
