Tomato AIST

Tomato Aist F1 is an early-maturing hybrid intended for cultivation under greenhouse conditions and temporary film covers. Plants are compact, determinate, reaching 70 to 100 cm in height, and may grow up to 1.5 meters in greenhouses. Leaves are light green, medium-sized, and fruits are round with slightly ribbed shape, weighing about 110 grams. Unripe fruits are light green, while ripe fruits turn into a rich red hue. The number of seeds per fruit ranges from 3 to 4, ensuring good taste, especially when eaten fresh. The hybrid is characterized by high yield — up to 7.8 kg per square meter, and in film greenhouses, yield can reach 10.5–12.5 kg/m². Plants are resistant to several diseases, including fusarium, cladosporiosis, and tobacco mosaic virus, allowing tomato cultivation without heavy chemical protection. The variety tolerates low light conditions, making it suitable for northern regions. To maintain high yield, regular application of mineral fertilizers every two weeks after fruit set is recommended. Tomato Aist F1 is excellent for fresh consumption, especially in salads, due to its attractive appearance and firm fruit structure. Its compactness and high productivity make this hybrid popular both for home gardens and farming operations. Thanks to its characteristics and resistance to adverse conditions, this variety is a reliable choice for gardeners seeking early, high-quality harvests.
