Tomato AJLUN

Reliable Open-Field Tomato Variety

The 'Azhlun' tomato variety, developed by the Russian Research Institute of Vegetable Breeding and Seed Production (VNIISSOK), is a practical solution for growers who prioritize predictability in open-field conditions. This variety is designed for agricultural settings where traditional, non-intensive farming methods are utilized to ensure a stable harvest.

Agricultural Application and Performance

• Efficiency in Field Operations: The plant structure requires minimal pruning and maintenance, allowing for significant savings on labor costs during the growth cycle. It is well-suited for both manual management and mechanized farm environments.
• Climate Resilience: Developed to handle the temperature fluctuations common in the target regions, 'Azhlun' demonstrates consistent fruit set, reducing the risk of yield loss due to weather volatility.
• Commercial Value: The variety produces fruits with excellent transportability, making them a reliable choice for supply chains that require long-distance shipping without compromising aesthetic quality or shelf life.

Choosing 'Azhlun' seeds is an exercise in risk management for vegetable producers. It acts as a stable, high-performance asset in the field, requiring standard agronomic inputs to achieve target yields. Whether destined for fresh market sales or the processing industry, 'Azhlun' provides the consistent performance that professional farms rely on for seasonal planning and economic efficiency.
