YUNA

Yuna tomato is an early-maturing variety with a maturity period of 95 to 110 days. This variety is ideal for cultivation in open ground and low greenhouses, resulting in prolonged fruiting and very high yields — up to 400 centners per hectare. The plant is determinate, compact, reaching a height of up to 80 centimeters. It is recommended to remove leaves below the fruit clusters to improve ventilation and enhance fruit quality.

The fruits of the Yuna tomato have a flat-round shape, red color, and slightly ribbed surface. They are characterized by firmness and storability, ensuring good preservation during transport and storage. The weight of one tomato ranges from 100 to 300 grams, with six or more seed cavities inside. The flesh is juicy, sweet, and succulent, making these tomatoes an excellent choice for fresh salads.

The Yuna variety exhibits high drought tolerance and stress resistance to adverse weather conditions. It is resistant to diseases such as verticillium wilt, fusarium wilt, as well as tip and root rot. Thanks to these qualities, Yuna tomatoes are suitable not only for fresh consumption but also for canning, making them a versatile and reliable choice for farmers and gardeners.
