Polonais F1 — determinate tomato hybrid, characterized by large fruit size and high yield. Fruits have a round shape, firm texture, and uniform bright red color both inside and out, without green spots. Average fruit weight is 170–200 grams, making them convenient for fresh use and processing. The vegetative period of the hybrid is 62–65 days from transplanting, allowing for an early harvest.
The plant is strong, with a sturdy stem and well-developed root system, ensuring resilience to adverse growing conditions. The hybrid has good leaf coverage, which helps protect fruits from sunburn, and does not require staking. Each cluster produces 5 to 8 fruits, contributing to high yield per plant.
Polonais F1 exhibits high resistance to diseases such as verticillium wilt and fusarium, significantly reducing the risk of yield loss. Thanks to its excellent transportability, fruits retain their market appearance during long-distance transport. The hybrid is recommended for cultivation throughout Ukraine at a planting density of 28–33 thousand plants per hectare, making it a versatile and reliable choice for farmers and gardeners.
