Mishutka

Eggplant variety Mishutka is an early-ripening and high-yielding cultivar, with a period from germination to technical maturity ranging from 100 to 115 days. The plants are tall and dense, bearing pear-shaped fruits that can weigh from 250 to 450 grams. A distinguishing feature of the variety is the simultaneous formation of 2-3 fruits per cluster. The fruits have black-purple skin and white, dense flesh that is tender and non-bitter, ensuring excellent taste qualities.

The Mishutka variety is intended for cultivation both in open ground and under film coverings. It is characterized by high yield—up to 8-9 kg per square meter—as well as good resistance to environmental stress factors. Eggplants of this variety are well-preserved and transported, making them convenient for marketing and storage.

For successful cultivation, it is recommended to use loamy and clay-loam fertile soils rich in organic matter. The best predecessors for planting are onion, carrot, pumpkin, and legume crops. The variety is suitable for various types of culinary processing, including canning and freezing, which expands its application possibilities in both household and industrial operations.
