Sunflower VL A 8

Sunflower VL A 8 is a high-quality variety intended for classic cultivation technology. It is characterized by high germination energy and resistance to six races of sunflower rust, providing reliable protection against this pest. Plants reach a height of 175-185 cm, and the vegetation period ranges from 90 to 95 days, allowing for harvest at optimal times. The sunflower head has a convex shape, and the yield potential reaches 45 c/ga, making this variety attractive for cultivation in various climatic conditions, including steppe zones. Variety VL A 8 is distinguished by high resistance to diseases and abiotic factors such as heat and drought, ensuring crop stability even under unfavorable conditions. Seeds are treated with a three-component fungicide of contact-systemic action, FAER, which protects against a wide range of diseases, enhancing the viability and quality of the planting material. Thanks to these characteristics, sunflower is suitable for cultivation in all regions of Ukraine and can be successfully used in various agrotechnical systems. Special attention is paid to the adaptation of the variety to modern plant protection technologies. VL A 8 can be treated with herbicides such as Gustar, Helianteks, and grass-killing preparations, which allows for effective weed control and increased crop productivity. High resistance to wilting and frosts makes this variety a reliable choice for farmers seeking high and quality sunflower crop.
