The plant architecture, ranging from 140 to 170 cm, is optimized for lodging resistance, ensuring that nutrients are efficiently channeled into the sunflower head rather than excess biomass, which is vital for high-yield farming.

Disease Resistance Profile

A major technical advantage of Sunaris is its robust genetic tolerance to a broad spectrum of pathogens. By effectively mitigating the risks of rust, phomopsis, phoma, rot, and powdery mildew, the hybrid offers a reliable safety net for growers. Notably, its resistance to downy mildew (peronospora) provides a critical defense in high-moisture environments, reducing the necessity for intensive fungicide programs.

Seed Morphology and Maturity

The seeds are characterized by a narrow-egg shape and a spherical-elongated form, with a deep black color.
