Sunflower Premier

Consistent Performance from Agroplazma

The «Premier» sunflower is a breeding achievement by Agroplazma, designed for producers aiming to combine high oil content with predictable phytosanitary resilience. In today's market, where field pathogen pressure is rising, this simple hybrid serves as a reliable solution for intensive farming operations.

Agronomic Profile

With a plant height of 120–130 cm, this hybrid offers excellent harvesting ergonomics. Its large, flattened heads ensure uniform seed filling, consistently achieving oil content levels of 50–55%. For the agronomist, this translates to high-quality marketable output within standard maturity timeframes.

Defense Capability

The key advantage of «Premier» lies in its comprehensive immune system. The hybrid demonstrates high resistance to major sunflower threats:

• Downy mildew (Peronospora): minimizes the risk of stand loss.
• Phomopsis and Phoma: prevents premature wilting and reduction in thousand-kernel weight.
• Stem rot: ensures resistance to lodging even under conditions of excessive moisture.

By choosing this hybrid, farmers are prioritizing a balance of traits: «Premier» seeds exhibit strong germination energy, essential for uniform emergence, while the hybrid itself adapts well to regional climatic conditions. It is a proven choice for those seeking reliable seed stock with a high potential for oil yield.
